Analysts
have to pay a fee from feedback requests From
now on analysts have to pay a fee from feedback
requests. Each
feedback request will cost for the analyst 10 EUR. What
is the purpose of this policy? The
purpose is to reduce the amount of unnecessary feedback. The idea is
that your analysis is first fully ready and only then you send a
feedback request. In this way you can avoid "extra" requests and cut
your feedback fees. Another
purpose for this kind of payment is to speed up the feedback giving
process. In the past the analysts have had to wait for a very long time
after their feedback requests before they have got any feedback. By
motivating the coaching analysts by this additional payment will
hopefully cut down this time. This will happen as bigger part of the
best analysts will probably take participate in coaching
and as the
current coaching analysts are likely to be more active in
coaching. So the main point is to improve quality of
feedback and speed up the
process. When an analyst
has to pay for the request? As mentioned above the
feedback is 10 euros and the fee will be charged automatically from incomes of
the analyst
to whom the request is made. How the
policy is carried out? For
each feedback request which costs we will send an e-mail message. In
this message the analyst will be informed about the fee that will be
charged. However receiving this message may take some time
especially in the beginning
The fee will be
charged
from incomes. The fee will be charged instantly after the feedback is
given. Coaching fees can be followed
The reduced fees can be seen at the Analyst Income pages by
choosing My income. Who receives the
coaching fees?Normally the fees will be transferred
to the coaching analyst who
made the feedback. The fees will be added to analysts direct
incomes. Attention coaching analysts!
Sometimes the analyst to whom the feedback is made may not have
positive incomes. Such as this situation the coaching analyst who made
the feedback may not receive the fee. For example: Analyst A made some
feedback requests for analyst B. However the analyst B does not ever in
his/her career have positive incomes. In that case the A does not
receive any fees from the B. |
